My aim has been to create a space that is a calm, relaxing and a comfortable place to be.

 

A space without judgement, expectations, a place to be in the moment in whatever it is that you are experiencing. A place for us to build a professional therapeutic relationship where you feel held.  A safe space to feel acceptance, to feel heard.

 

How often do we take time for ourselves? This is a place for "me time". This space is for us to explore what ever you want to bring, however you want to, we can sit and you can talk, I will listen, come along side you , step into your world and explore it with you. If you want to draw what you feel, move with what you feel, then that's ok too, what ever that feels right for you.
