Carl Rogers spoke about all the resources we need lying within.... things just get in the way so we find it hard to access them. I get so frustrated by that seeming lack of access I have to my own resources.... they bubble up and I notice them and get all enthusiastic and start planning then all goes quiet, I loose sight of them again in the stuff of life, of past experiences, of all that I have inside me from my years of living. So right now I am sitting here reminding myself I have everything I need right here ... and thinking this through . Can I work through this myself, can I dig around and find them, might I go back into therapy, might I go and get creative and find them that way ...hmmm ... how might you find the resources that lie within ...
