What can I put down that I no longer need to carry, that has served me well, that I once needed to hold on no matter how painful it may have been to hold, that stayed for a reason, that helped me heal, can I thank it and gently say goodbye, can I use the space for something new, or maybe I’m not quite ready to let go just yet, maybe there is some part of it that I still need, just for a bit longer, nearly there though , when the time is right I will know.... or maybe I will choose to keep a part of it... to remind me... we shall see...
