Sitting still here in the sunshine while around the world wars rage and people die. My heart breaks for injusticies and pointless death. The pressure I feel to enjoy this moment whilst others cannot and the guilt then of being able to do so. I’m struck by the influence of the wider world on my moment in the sun. Will this pain and hurt towards others ever end ….
